Different steps of the manufacturing process take places in a single production unit and this helps to co-ordinate of various activities, namely marketing to engineering & manufacturing to final testing. Easy nad fast assembly of components assure prompt delivery of the pumps. In addition, availability of large stock of components at any time guarantees timely supply of spares parts. The pumps are painted according to the company specifications or customize as per client requirement.
Workshop R&D
Naklank Pump engageds in Reasearch & Development of its all products. One area where Naklank Pump has significant contribution in development of 3” borehole submersible pumps in India, for very first time. At present Naklank Pump is the leading manufacturer of 3” borehole submersible pumps and marketer of that products through distributors / dealers. We are also specialized manufacturers and suppliers of 3” borehole and submersible pumps to the other manufacturers of submersible pumps.
Naklank pump has developed and supplied all SS units of 6” size for salt manufacturing units, where corrosion resistance is the main criteria. Other areas of development works is to develope the components that are simple, cost effective, easily assembled and easy to repair.
Manufacturing Facilities
Naklank pump started manufacturing of Self Priming pumps in year 1999, At the same time the facilities were increased manufacturing more quantity of 3”, 4”, 6” & 8” borehole submersible pumpsets and openwell horizontal pumpsets. Naklank pump manufacturer a number of components in house and also produce from dedicated suppliers. Number of manufacturing machines such as Lathes, Presses, Welding Unit and Winding Systems are available for manufacturing of components.
Full fledged assembly facilities for motors and pumps are available including balancing machine and painting facilities. Computerized testing facilities are created to test and obtain reports. These facilities are utilized for testing of pumpsets produced by the production department personnel and also for developmental purposes. Computerized accounting and administrative facilities are created for smooth and efficient operations, so that the customers satisfaction can be maximized.
